The series multifunctional wood hammer mill is designed to crush wood logs, tree branches, wood chips, waste wood, wood residues, sawmill cuts, veneers, wood shavings, straw, agricultural stalks, bagasse, etc biomass material to 3- 5 mm, 5- 6 mm, or 8- 10 mm size.

This Multifunctional wood hammer mill includes a force-feeding conveyor, force-feeding chute, wood log feeding chute, motor, frame, rotor, cutting blades, hammers, sieve, air fan, cyclone, airlock, and bag-type dust collector.

Inside this Multifunctional wood grinder machine, the main motor drives the rotor through the transmission; a V-belt connects the main motor to the rotor shaft. The rotor has both cutting blades and hammers. The cutting blades cut wood logs or tree branches from one feeding chute, while the hammers crush them after cutting, or crush material fed from the force-feeding chute.

One feeding chute is equipped with a force-feeding conveyor and force-feeding device, which can feed veneers, sawmill cuts, wood residues, straw, bagasse, and agricultural stalk into the crushing chamber. The force-feeding conveyor and force-feeding device make the feeding of raw material easier. Material from the force-feeding chute goes directly to the crushing chamber, where hammer mills crush it. When it is small enough to pass through the sieve holes, the air fan discharges it.

The force-feeding conveyor is a 2-meter-long belt conveyor installed horizontally on the ground; workers can place raw materials on it, and it can send them to the force-feeding chute. The force-feeding chute uses toothed feeding rollers to pull the raw material into the crushing chamber. Thus making feeding raw materials easier.

The other feeding chute is designed to feed wood logs and tree branches. From this chute, wood goes to the cutting blades, which cut it into chips, and then the hammers crush the chips. This hammer mill includes a sawdust collection system consisting of an air fan, cyclone, airlock, and bag dust collector.

A high-pressure air fan provides airflow to move crushed sawdust from the crushing chamber to the cyclone; inside the cyclone, it separates sawdust and dust, and the airlock discharges the sawdust from under the cyclone. In contrast, the bag-type dust collector collects the dust.

The airlock is installed under the cyclone to prevent wind pressure from the air fan, so only sawdust is discharged from the cyclone and dust is prevented from entering this part.

The bag-type dust collector connects to the top of the cyclone, collects dust, and keeps the air clean. It collects the dust.

This crushing system includes an electric panel that automatically controls the force-feeding system and starts and stops the motors. We are equipped with a thermal overheat protector to protect the motors from overheating and overload. The main motor uses star-delta starting to reduce starting current. The electric panel has English-markedbuttons, making it easy for the user to operate the machine. The electric panel has an ammeter and a voltmeter to show the main motor's amps and voltage.
