Introduction of 100-300Kg/h Small Laundry Soap Line

This laundry soap production line can make laundry soap bars and the bar soaps for laundering and washing clothes, which use soap noodles and other ingredients as raw material, designed capacity is 100-300Kg/h for finished laundry soaps. From this production line can make various sizes and shapes medium and high grade laundry soaps which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 72%.

Main raw material: Soap Noodles

Ingredient: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, Pigment or the ingredients according to buyer's formula

Water: Water circulating in jacket of augers on duplex vacuum plodder to cooling the machines
