1000kg/h laundry soap production line

The 1000kg/h laundry soap production line is a whole line to make laundry soap from soap noodles, the process includes mixing step, refining step, milling step, extruding step, cutting step, and packing step. Use the 1000kg/h laundry soap production line can make high-grade laundry soap with 40-70% fatty acid, applied double vacuum pressing technology, the final soap is compact and not easy cracking.

Laundry soap line

1. Mixer: Mixing soap noodles with ingredients like Caustic soda, Sodium silicate, Essence and Pigment

2. Refiner mill: Milling and refining the mixed raw material to press them into granular, pressing force can make the soap noodle and other ingredients mixed together more uniformly thus to improve smoothness and tighteners of finished soap

3. Three roller mill: Milling and refining mixed raw materials and press them to lamina form / schistose, so that to improve the fineness and evenness thus to make finished soap bar more tighten and smooth

4. Duplex vacuum plodder: extruding raw material to soap bar under vacuum condition

5. Vacuum pump: installed on duplex vacuum plodder, exhausting water and impurities in extruding chamber and make it vacuum circumstance

6. Laundry soap cutting machine: press logo on soap bar and cutting the soap bar to each laundry soap

7. Conveyor:

7.1 PVC belt conveyor send mixed material from mixer to refiner mill

7.2 PVC belt conveyor send milled schistose from three roller mill to duplex vacuum plodder

7.3 Flat belt conveyor to collect finished laundry soap

8. Chiller: Supply cooling water and circulating the cooling water so that to cooling down refiner mill, three roller mill and plodder

9. Electric panel: Control all the machines in the production line start/sop and protect the motors

Mixer and conveyor 7.1 have independent electric panel, so that it is easier to control raw material feeding

10. Packing machine: Pack finished laundry soap into bag and print date on the bag

The standard voltage is 380V, 50Hz, we can customize the motor as your requirement of voltage

3. Installation area: length 25 meters, width 8 meters, height 3.5 meters.

This area includes storage soap noodle, final laundry soap and workers operation place.

4. Labor: need 5-6 people to operate the production line

Two people feed the soap noodle to the mixer and operate the mixer, since the mixer is batch working, need people to control discharge the mixed soap noodle

Two people work at the packing machine place to pack the soap

One people take of the whole line while it is working

One or two people move the soap noodle and storage the final laundry soap.
