300-500kg/h laundry soap production line
The 500kg/h laundry soap production line is a complete line for making laundry soap from soap noodles; the process includes mixing, milling, vacuum extrusion, and cutting. Using the 500kg/h laundry soap production line, you can make high-grade laundry soap with 35-70% fatty acid content. It uses double vacuum pressing technology; the final soap is compact and resistant to cracking.

The working conditions of the 500kg/h laundry soap production line
1. Water: 1 cubic meter of circulating water (no consumption).
2. Electricity:39 kWh/h.
The standard voltage is 380V, 50Hz, we can customize the motor to your required voltage.
3. Installation area: length 22 meters, width 8 meters, height 3.5 meters.
This area includes storage for soap noodles, finished laundry soap, and the workers' operating area.
4. Labor: need 6-7 people to operate the production line.
Two people feed the soap noodles to the mixer and operate the mixer; since the mixer is batch working, people are needed to control the discharge of the mixed soap noodles;
Two people work at the packing machine to pack the soap;
One person takes care of the whole line while it is working;
One or two people move the soap noodles and store the final laundry soap.
