500kg/h laundry soap production line
The 500kg/h laundry soap production line is a whole line to make laundry soap from soap noodles, the process includes the mixing step, milling step, vacuum extruding step and cutting step. Using the 500kg/h laundry soap production line can make high-grade laundry soap with 35-70% fatty acid, applied double vacuum pressing technology, the final soap is compact and not easy to crack.

The working conditions of the 500kg/h laundry soap production line
1. Water: 1 cube meter circulating water (no consumption)
2. Electricity: 39Kw.h
The standard voltage is 380V, 50Hz, we can customize the motor to your required voltage
3. Installation area: length 22 meters, width 8 meters, height 3.5 meters.
This area includes storage soap noodles, final laundry soap, and workers' operation place.
4. Labor: need 6-7 people to operate the production line
Two people feed the soap noodles to the mixer and operate the mixer, since the mixer is batch working, need people to control discharge of the mixed soap noodles
Two people work at the packing machine place to pack the soap
One person take of the whole line while it is working
One or two people move the soap noodles and store the final laundry soap.
