Introduction of 1500-2000Kg/h Laundry Soap production Finishing Line

This laundry soap production line is designed to make laundry soap bars and the bar soaps for laundering and washing clothes, which use soap noodles and other ingredients as raw material, designed capacity is 1500-2000Kg/h for finished laundry soaps. From this production line can make various sizes and shapes medium and high grade laundry soaps which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 72%.

Main raw material: Soap Noodles

Ingredient: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, Pigment or the ingredients according to buyer's formula

Water: Water circulating in jacket of augers on duplex vacuum plodder to cooling the machines

Installed power: 110.5Kw, electricity consumption about 85-90Kw.h

Installation size: 25x8x3.5 meter (LxWxH)

Labor required: 6-8

We can produce mold to make various shape and size laundry soaps, we can design the mold according to buyer requirement on the laundry soap shape, size and logo will press on the laundry soaps.
