Working process for industrial laundry bar soap machinery production line:

1. Soap mixer

Feed raw material soap noodles into the mixer and mix them thoroughly with sodium silicate, perfume additive, and talc powder.

2. Three-roller mill

Makes soap flakes or thin soap sheets; it tightens the soap structure and improves density and quality.

3. Double screw vacuum plodder

To make long soap strips, the double-screw vacuum plodder compacts the soap, making it brighter and less prone to cracking.

4. Laundry soap cutting machine

It can cut soap bars into different sizes and print a logo on them as needed.

5. Vacuum pump: Works for the soap vacuum plodder to exhaust air and water from soap noodles, preventing the soap from cracking.

6. Conveyor

Conveyor from the mixer to the three-roll mill.
