1. The soap extruder machine, or soap plodder machine, uses soap noodles/ soap chips as raw materials.
2. The production starts with mixing soap bars, perfume, pigment, or other ingredients.
3. Then the mixed soap noodles enter the three-roller mill by conveyor belt, where thin soap sheets are made.

4. The thin soap sheet is then converted into the desired long strip soap by the plodder machine.
5. Then the long strip of soap is cut into the soap bars' required size by a soap stamping machine and soap cutting machine; the size can be adjusted to your requirements, and you can also print your logo on the soap bar.

6. Soap bars can be made 60g,120g,200g,260g, or 300g depending on your demand.

The vacuum chamber has a viewing window for observation; the vacuum meter measures the vacuum level. The heater inside the outlet adopts an automatic temperature control system. The jackets on the upper and lower barrels connect to a circulating water source.
