Introduction for 300-500Kg/h Toilet Soap Bath Soap Production Line

This soap line is a soap finishing line designed to make toilet soap, bathing soap or hotel soap from soap noodles and other ingredients as raw material, the designed capacity is 300-500Kg/h for finished soaps. From this production line can make various sizes and shapes medium and high grade toilet soaps which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 72%.

Main raw material: Soap Noodles

Ingredient: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, Pigment or the ingredients according to buyer's formula

Water: Circulating water in inter layer of augers on refiner mill and duplex vacuum plodder to cooling the machines

Installed power: 68.2Kw, electricity consumption: 50-55Kw.h

Installation size: 25x8x3.5 meter (LxWxH)

Labor required: 6-8

Designed with cooling technology, use high temperature chiller to cooling water to 5 Celsius thus to circulating the cold water into refiner mill and duplex vacuum plodder so that to cooling down the machine and improve machine stability thus to make good quality soaps. Use low temperature chiller cooling the coolant to -18 Celsius, circulating the cold coolant to the molds on toilet stamping machine, thus to make the soaps easy off mold so that to make high quality toilet soaps
