Working principle：

A wood grinder machine is mainly used for cutting branches, small-diameter wood, boards, slats, etc. with a diameter or thickness of less than 120 mm. The cut wood chips are used as raw materials for fiberboard and pulp. Its cutting mechanism is a rotating drum, on which several flying knives are installed, and when the flying knives rotate, the wood is processed into craft wood chips. There are many squares through holes on the outer edge of the drum, which can make the wood chips discharge smoothly; the feeding mechanism is composed of the feeding interface, the upper and lower feeding rollers, and the feeding gap adjustment mechanism. Press it and feed it to the cutting mechanism at a certain speed to control the size of the cut wood chips; when processing thick wood, it is adjusted by the feeding gap adjustment mechanism. After the wood chips are screened, the larger ones must enter between the blade and the baffle again to be crushed.
There are grooves for installing cutting blades on the front of the cutter head, which is arranged radially at 10° to 15°. There is a wedge-shaped adjustment block at the bottom of the blade to adjust the extension of the blade; a spacer is installed at the rear to adjust the compensation length of the blade after sharpening. There is a through gap along the direction of the blade on the cutter head, and the cut wood chips can be turned to the other side of the cutter head. The machine has three types: less knife, multi-knife, and spiral surface knife. The uniformity of wood chips cut by the first two types is poor. Because the cutting surface of the spiral surface cutter disc chipper is in contact with the cutter disc during the cutting process, the unit pressure is small, the cutting of wood chips is neat, there are few broken wood chips, the wear of the cutter head is small, the length of the cut wood chips is consistent, and the qualified rate of cutting wood chips can reach about 97%.
