Introduction of 100-200kg/h Small Toilet Soap Line

This toilet soap production line is a soap finishing line designed to make toilet soaps, bathing soaps, hotel soaps from soap noodles and other ingredients as raw material, the designed capacity is 100-200Kg/h for finished soaps. From this production line can make various sizes and shapes medium and high grade toilet soaps which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 72%.

The raw materials are processed under a procedure of mixing, milling, extruding, toilet soap stamping, finished soap collecting. During the mixing process, mixer machine can mixing different kinds of ingredients such as the raw materials for flavor, color and raw material for adjusting TFM percentage together with the soap noodles uniformly. During the milling process can refining and grinding the raw materials then pressing them to schistose. During the soap bar extruding process applied double layer vacuum plodder with hot press technology, the soap materials are extruding through two stages auger and vacuum chamber so that to make the soap bar have a compact structure and not easy to crack. During toilet soap stamping process can stamping the soap bar to each toilet soap according to buyer requirement on the size, shape and press buyer's logo on soap, the stamping process applied cold stamping technology.

The duplex vacuum plodder applied water cooling technology, so that to cooling down the machine and improve machine operation stability.

We have ability to design and produce mold for plodder and toilet soap stamping machine, so that to make finished soaps under buyer requirement on the size, shape, weight and logo. Buyer only need tell us TFM percentage of soap noodle, TFM percentage of finished soaps and the shape, weight, logo for finished soaps then our engineer can design and produce mold as well as calculation the formula.

Main raw material for this production line is soap noodles, ingredients to make soap is Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume and Pigment if necessary.
