Introduction of 75-100Kg/h Small Laundry Soap Machine
This laundry soap machine is a laundry bar soap finishing line designed to produce laundry soap bars and washing soaps using soap noodles and other ingredients. The designed capacity is 100-150Kg/h for finished laundry soaps. This production line can make various sizes and shapes of medium- and high-grade laundry soaps with TFM (total fatty acid) content from 35% to 72%.
This integrated machine combines the mixer, three roller mills, and plodder in one unit, with a stair to make loading raw materials easy, ensure uniform mixing, and complete milling. The machine then extrudes the soap bars. After the plodder extrudes the soap bars, a laundry soap cutting machine presses the logo onto the bars and cuts them into individual laundry soap bars.

Ingredients: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, pigment, or ingredients according to the buyer's formula

1. Soap Bar Extruding Unit
The complete unit combines a mixer, three-roller mill, extruding plodder, and stairs; it mixes raw materials, mills them, and extrudes them into soap bars.
Mixer model WJ600, capacity: 75Kg/batch
Mix Soap noodles with ingredients together evenly, uniformly,y and sufficiently.
Each mixing batch takes 5-6 minutes. Motor 2.2Kw
Three Roller Mill model SG150, capacity 100-200Kg/h
Milling and refining soap noodles to achieve a schistos, improving fineness and mixing raw materials more evenly, to produce a tighter, smoother soap bar. Motor power: 2.2 kW
Single Auger Plodder model ST180A, capacity 100-150Kg/h
Designed with a screw auger to extrude milled schistose raw material into soap bars; auger motor: 5.5 kW. Equipped with a heating system in front of the mold to heat the raw material and extrude the soap bar more smoothly; heating coil power: 2.5 kW.
Water circulation inside the auger's interlayer cools the machine during operation, improving stability.
The plodder mold determines the finished soap bar's shape, width, and height.
The complete set includes stairs and a frame, making it easy to install and feed soap noodles into the mixer.
