Introduction of 100Kg/h Small Laundry Soap Machine

This laundry soap machine is a laundry bar soap finishing line designed to make laundry soap bars and the soaps for laundering and washing clothes, which use soap noodles and other ingredients as raw material, designed capacity is 100-150Kg/h for finished laundry soaps. From this production line can make various sizes and shapes medium and high grade laundry soaps which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 72%.

This is an integrated machine which designed the mixer, three roller mill and plodder in one machine equipped with stair, so that to loading the raw materials easily, mixing the raw materials together uniformly, milling the mixed raw materials and then extruding soap bar from one machine, after the soap bar extruded from plodder, use laundry soap cutting machine press logo on soap bar and then cut the soap bars to each laundry soaps.

Main raw material: Soap Noodles

Ingredient: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, Pigment or the ingredients according to buyer's formula

Water: Water circulating in inter layer of augers on duplex vacuum plodder to cooling the machines

1. Soap Bar Extruding Unit

Complete unit is combined by Mixer + Three Roller Mill + Extruding Plodder + Stairs, the function is to mixing raw materials, milling raw material and extruding raw material to soap bar

Mix Soap noodles with ingredients together evenly, uniformly and sufficiently

Each mixing batch takes 5-6 minutes. Motor 2.2Kw

Milling and refining soap noodles to schistose, to improve fineness and milling the mixed raw materials more evenly thus to make soap bar more tighten and smooth Motor power 2.2Kw

Single Auger Plodder model ST180A, capacity 100-150Kg/h

Designed with screw auger to extruding milled schistose raw material to soap bar, auger motor 5.5Kw. Equip with heating system in front of mold to heating the raw material and make the soap bar extruded out more smoothly, heating coil power 2.5Kw.

Water circulation inside the inter layer of extruding auger to cooling down machine during running, thus to improve machine stability

The plodder mold decide shape, width and height of finished soap bar

Complete set include stairs and frame, which is easy to install and easy to feed soap noodles into mixer
