Description
Soap production line equipment includes a saponification part, vacuum drying system, soap mixing machine, three-roller mill, two-layer vacuum plodder machine, chiller/freezer, toilet soap stamper, conveyor belt, and control cabinet.

Two-layers vacuum plodder The plodder is the equivalent of a single refiner that creates soap pellets under vacuum. In the final stage of the bar, the soap pellets are compressed, extruded, and then continuously output in the form of soap bars through the gun nozzle for downstream block cutters and printers for molding.
