Introduction of 800-1000Kg/h Laundry Soap Machine Line

This soap production line is a soap finishing line for making laundry soap bars and bar soaps for washing clothes, using soap noodles and other ingredients as raw materials; the designed capacity is 800-1000Kg/h of finished laundry soaps. This production line can make various sizes and shapes of medium- and high-grade laundry soaps with TFM (total fatty acid) content from 35% to 72%.

Main raw material: Soap Noodles;

Ingredients: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, pigment, or ingredients according to the buyer's formula;

Water: Water circulating in the jacket of augers on the duplex vacuum plodder to cool the machines;

Installed power: 80.8 kW; electricity consumption: about 60-65 kWh/h;

Installation size: 25 x 8 x 3.5 meters (L x W x H);

Labor required: 6-8 workers.

1. Mixer: Mixing soap noodles with ingredients uniformly

2. Refiner mill: Refining and milling the mixed raw materials and extruding them into granules

3. Three-roller mill: Milling and refining mixed raw materials and pressing them into schistose

4. Duplex vacuum plodder: extruding raw materials into soap bars

5. Vacuum pump: installed on duplex vacuum plodder, exhausting water and impurities into the extruding chamber

6. Laundry soap cutting machine: presses logo on soap bar and cuts soap bar into laundry soaps

7. Conveyors:

7.1 Send mixed material from mixer to refiner mill, length 3 meters;

7.2 Send milled granules from refiner mill to three-roller mill, length 2 meters;

7.3 Send milled schistose from the three-roller mill to the duplex vacuum plodder, length 4 meters;

7.4 Collect finished soap after the cutting machine, length 3 meters;

8. High-temperature chiller: Cooling water and circulating it to the refiner mill and duplex vacuum plodder to cool the machines

9. Electric panel: Controls all the machines in the production line;

10. Packing Machine: Wraps finished soap, packs them into plastic bags or PVC bags, uses packing film roll as packing material;
