This soap production line is a soap finishing line to make laundry soap bars and the bar soaps for laundering and washing clothes, which use soap noodles and other ingredients as raw material, designed capacity is 800-1000Kg/h for finished laundry soaps. From this production line can make various sizes and shapes medium and high grade laundry soaps which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 72%.

Main raw material: Soap Noodles

Ingredient: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, Pigment or the ingredients according to buyer's formula

Water: Water circulating in jacket of augers on duplex vacuum plodder to cooling the machines

Installed power: 80.8Kw, electricity consumption about 60-65Kw.h

1. Mixer: Mixing soap noodles with ingredients uniformly

2. Refiner mill: Refining and mill the mixed raw materials and extruding them to granules

Model: JM273, motor 11Kw, capacity 2000kg/h

3. Three roller mill: Milling and refining mixed raw materials and press them to schistose

Model: SG260, motor 11Kw, capacity 1000kg/h

4. Duplex vacuum plodder: extruding raw materials to soap bar

Model: ST245, motor 11Kw, 15Kw, heating power 2.5Kw, capacity 1000Kg/h

5. Vacuum pump: installed on duplex vacuum plodder, exhausting water and impurities in extruding chamber

6. Laundry soap cutting machine: press logo on soap bar and cut soap bar to laundry soaps

Model: FZ40, motor 1.5Kw, PLC control, cutting length <60mm, thickness <65mm, height <80mm

7. Conveyors:

7.1 send mixed material from mixer to refiner mill, length 3 meter

7.2 send milled granules from refiner mill to three roller mill, length 2 meter

7.3 send milled schistose from three roller mill to duplex vacuum plodder, length 4 meter

7.4 collect finished soap after cutting machine, length 3 meter

8. High temperature chiller: Cooling water and circulating it to refiner mill, duplex vacuum plodder so that to cooling the machines

9. Electric panel: Control all the machines in the production line

10. Packing Machine: Wrapping finished soap, pack them into plastic bag or PVC bags, use packing film roll as packing material
