Automatic Laundry Soap Making Machine
The automatic laundry soap making machine include two-part, the first part is saponification equipment, it is used to make soap noodle from oil, the second part is a laundry soap making line it is used to make laundry soap from soap noodle, so if we put these two-part together it is a complete line to make laundry soap from animal oil or vegetable oil, the process includes saponification step, mixing step, milling step, vacuum pressing step, cutting step and packing step. Use the saponification equipment and laundry soap production line can make high-grade laundry soap with 35-70% fatty acid, applied double vacuum pressing technology, the final soap is compact and not easy cracking.
