These pellet packing machines are designed by module, discharging with vibration and the weighing hoppers work alternately. You can also choose automatic feeding machines and bag-making machines according to need, so as to further improve packaging efficiency, quantitative accuracy, and the degree of automation.

The machine in this series adopts microcomputer control technology, and the weighing units are controlled independently without disturbing each other. It is stable and reliable with high repeatability and low noise. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel with high corrosion resistance, and will not contaminate materials. Changes to specifications and materials can be realized through modifying the parameters by the control panel instead of mechanical adjustments. The machine has such functions as real-time weight display, dynamic measurement weighing, automatic error correction, tolerance alarm, level control, counting, data protection, and so on. It is applicable for packing small and irregular granular materials including detergent, snack foods, salt, sugar, spices, seeds, rice, wheat, corn, wood pellets, feed pellets, and so on.

A pellet packing machine is a quantitive packing machine, the machine includes a material tank, weighing device, sensor, bag clamp device, heat sealer, sewing sealer, sealing conveyor, electric control panel. Material feed into the tank, the weighing device and sensor will work under the control of electric panel to weigh to the set value, after bags clamp to the clamp device the hopper discharge pellets to bags, then use a sealer to sealing the bags.

From the electric control panel can set the weight want to pack, the weighing device and sensor can weigh to the set weight with less than 0.2%F.S tolerance.

This pellet packing machine can pack plastic bags and woven bags, as for the sealer we have a heat sealer to seal the plastic bags and a stitching sewing sealer to seal the woven bags.
