Diesel Flat Die Pellet Mill
The diesel flat die pellet mill applies the same technology as the electric flat die pellet mill. We designed the diesel-engine type with two-stroke engines; in areas with unstable electricity, the diesel-engine pellet mill solves power supply issues and can produce pellets without electricity. Second, it is movable; this mobility is important for home use, as you can move the diesel-engine pellet mill to your raw material to make pellets, saving time and money on transferring raw material.
The diesel flat-die pellet mill can press biomass material with a size < 5 mm and moisture 12-15% into biofuel pellets; the final pellet diameter can be 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, or as per your requirement. The pellet length is 2 cm and is adjustable.
Our diesel engine pellet mill has two start types: manual and electric.
For manual start, it uses the traditional diesel starting method; it is laborious, but the price is lower than the electric-start type diesel engine.
The electric-start type diesel engine is equipped with a battery and an electric starter; you can turn the key to start the diesel flat die pellet mill, like starting a car.
