Charcoal Briquetting machine

Charcoal briqutting machine is designed to produce charcoal briquette from waste coal, waste charcoal, and coal or charcoal powder.

Since the waste coal, charcoal and their powder are difficult to burn, so this machine is made to turn them into a good briquette shape to reuse.

The machine is very simple, mix the coal/charcoal powder with water and binder, feed into the feeding chute, the machine will press the raw material from shaping mold to get briquette, the final briquette needs to dry under sunlight.

The binder is usually cassava starch, corn starch then added percentage is 3-5% of the coal/charcoal powder.

By changing the shipping mold can make briquettes of different sizes and different shapes.
