Charcoal Making Plant

A charcoal-making plant is ideal for producing charcoal from wood, wood chips, sawdust, straw, corn cobs, rice husk, wheat husk, coconut shells, tree branches, sunflower husks, waste wood, and other biomass materials.

It is a complete plant, including the crusher to crush the raw material to 3mm size, the screw conveyor to transfer the crushed material to the dryer; the dryer can reduce the moisture of the raw material to 8- 12%; after drying, use a e screw conveyor to transfer the dried material to the briquette machine to make briquettes; finally, use a carbonization furnace to carbonize the briquettes to get charcoal.

The final charcoal is good fuel for BBQ and cooking, with a high heating value, and it produces no pollution when burned
