Wet Type Fish Feed Pellet Machine
Wet-type fish feed pellet machines can make fish feed, shrimp feed, crab feed, and pet feed in with high quality and large capacity.
It applies conditioner to ripen the ingredients before press the feed pellets. The conditioner connects to a boiler, which provides steam to the conditioner, the temperature of the steam is 100-150℃, it can ripen the ingredients while killing bacteria and pathogens.
Ingredients from the conditioner go to the extruding chamber, in the chamber the screw pushes the ingredients forward final press out from the molds to get pellets.
The raw material is 60-80 mesh size powder, the final feed is 0.8-12mm diameter pellets, the length can adjust from the cutter.
