A sawdust drying machine is a type of pipe dryer or flash dryer, suitable for drying small quantities of sawdust with low initial moisture content. If the sawdust's initial moisture content is above 40%, you'll need to dry it twice with a small sawdust drying machine. This machine is suitable for drying sawdust to make wood powder, pellets, briquettes, and other applications that use dry sawdust in small quantities (quantity demands less than 1t/h)

The sawdust drying machine consists of a heating furnace, pipes, one blower, and one cyclone. The heating furnace provides heat for the entire drying process; it can run on wood or other biomass, and we can also equip it to run on LPG or natural gas. The blower provides airflow for the entire drying process. The blower moves sawdust and hot air through the pipe. During this process, the hot air dries the sawdust and evaporates the moisture. At the end of the dryer, the sawdust enters the cyclone and drops down; the vapor is released from the top of the cyclone.
