A sawdust dryer machine dries sawdust or other biomass powders crushed from straw, stalk, EFB, and coconut shell. It is a simple dryer suitable for drying powder material with relatively low initial moisture content.

Our sawdust dryer consists of heating stoves, drying pipes, an air fan, and a cyclone.

* The heating stove provides hot air to the dryer to reduce moisture; it usually uses wood or other biomass burnt in the stove to generate hot air.

* An air fan is applied to provide air suction for this dryer to move the sawdust and hot air from the front to the end of the dryer.

* The drying pipes are the main part of the sawdust pipe dryer. As the air fan pulls material and hot air through the pipes, the hot air and sawdust mix, allowing the hot air to vaporize moisture in the sawdust.

* The cyclone is at the end of the pipes; it is a cyclone dust collector. When hot air and sawdust enter the cyclone, the air and vapor exit through the top pipe, while the sawdust falls by gravity and exits from the bottom.
