Sawdust Dryer Machine

A sawdust dryer machine is designed to dry sawdust or other biomass powders crushed from straw, stalk, EFB, and coconut shell., etc, it is a simple dryer suitable to dry the powder material with relatively low initial moisture content.

Our sawdust dryer is made up of heating stoves, drying pipes, an air fan, and a cyclone.

* The heating stove provides hot air to the dryer to reduce moisture, usually use wood or other biomass burnt in the stove to give hot air.

* An air fan is applied to provide air suction for this dryer to move the sawdust and hot air from the front to the end of the dryer.

* The drying pipes are the main part of the sawdust pipe dryer, during material and hot air move inside the pipes by suction of an air fan, the hot air and sawdust will be mixed so that the hot air can vapor the moisture in the sawdust.

* The cyclone is at the end of the pipes, it is a cyclone dust collector, when the hot air and sawdust come into the cyclone, the air and vapor will be discharged from the pipe on top of the cyclone, while the sawdust will fall down by gravity to be discharged from the bottom of cyclone.

In the whole drying process, the sawdust and hot air flow in the pipes by the suction of the air fan, which is why this dryer can only dry powder material like sawdust and other biomass powders crushed from straw, stalk, EFB, coconut shell., etc,
