The main parts of the wood pellet processing plant

1. Debarking Process

The debarkerA debarker peels logs with diameters of 10 to 600mm. The peeling rate is more than 95 percent.

2. Chipping Process

Since the raw materials are wood logs, branches, boards, etc.c, we use a wood chipper to reduce them to smaller pieces.

3. Grinding Process

Our hammer mill further crushes the small pieces into particles less than 1- 3 mm.

4. Drying Process

We use a drum dryer to dry the sawdust. The sawdust moisture before drying is normally 30-60%; after drying, it is normally:12-15%.

5. Pelleting Process

We use a pellet machine to make pellets in 6 mmm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc., which can be produced based on the client's

6. Cooling Process

After the pellet mill, the pellets' temperature ranges from 6 to -80 degrees. For storage, use a cooler to reduce surface temperature and moisture content.

7. Packing Process

The packing process protects pellets from damage and supports transport and market sales.

When the new mold is installed, first loosen the pressure roller adjusting bolt to adjust the pressure roller to the state where the outer surface of the pressure roller is close to the inner circular surface of the ring die; second, adjust the eccentric shaft of the pressure roller in turn to make each pressure roller and the ring die. If the gap is appropriate, pre-tighten the adjusting bolts, pull the ring die, and gradually adjust the gap until the pressure roller reaches the non-rotating working state, then tighten the adjusting bolts. When installing the new mold, set the gap between the ring mold and the pressure roller slightly larger than needed to support a smooth transition between the new ring mold and the old roller. Let the new mold and the old roller run in for a set period. Later, you can adjust the gap to the required setting.
