Raw material of wood pellet production line
♦ The raw material could be branches, wood chips, coconut sheel, nut sheel, rice or wheat straw, bean stem, biomass wood sawdust, etc.
♦ If we choose raw material as hay, forage grass, alfalfa, moringa oleifera, etc. we will get the final product silage fodder.
Final pellets of wood pellet production line
♦ We could produce the wood pellet with different diameter by using different size of ring die mould. the range of the diameter could be ø 4mm-12mm.
♦ The length of the wood pellet is adjustable. there is a regulating device on the biomass wood sawdust pellet mill machine.
The prodcution process of wood pellet production line
1.Wood Chipper Machine
wood chipper machine cuts the raw material (such as : waste pallet, waste furnlture, tree branches, wood log, etc) into small chips. There are two type of wodo chipper: disc type and drum type.
2. Wood Crushing Machine
Wood crusher makes the chips into the wood sawdust. Accordingto the feding raw material feature, it is devided into two kinds.
3.Wood Sawdust Drying Machine
Remove the mositure of sawdust to amke it suitable for pelletizing. the ideal mositure is 15%-18%
There are two kinds of dryer: Rotary Dryer and Air Flow Dryer
4. Wood Pellet Making Machine
Use pellet mill to make pellets into 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc, which can be produced based on client’s request.
5.Cooling and Vibrating Machine
After pellet mill, the temperature of pellets is between 60-80 degrees. For storage purpose, a cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and moisture content.
6.Weighting and Packing Machine
Automatic weighting and packing the pellets into bags with 10kg/bag or 15kg/ bag or more.
