The diesel engine combined wood pellet machine is designed to make wood pellets and other biofuel pellets from the biomass material moisture between 12% and 15%, this mobile wood pellet plant is made up of a hammer mill, a pellet mill, and a diesel engine. The hammer mill and pellet mill are driven by one diesel engine, thus saving energy and make the wood pellet plant mobile.

The function of the hammer mill is to refine the size of raw material, it can grind the biomass material to 5mm size, the purpose of the pellet mill is to make pellets from the 5mm size refined biomass material. The material go-to pellet mill directly from a cyclone.

Mobile small wood pellet plant features

1. We supply three units of combined pellet mill, the capacity is respectively: 100-120kg/h, 200-250kg/h for biofuel pellets.

2. Use one diesel engine to drive two machines, greatly saved energy.

3. Diesel engine drive, can be mobile and move the machine to raw material to make pellets, thus save transportation cost on the move the raw material.

4. Because there is no dryer in this plant, so the raw material feed to this plant needs to be 12-15%.5. Suitable for process soft biomass materials like groundnut shell, sugarcane biogases, nutshells, crop stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, tobacco waste, mustard stalk, palm husk, soybeans husk, and many other agricultural wastes.
