Diesel Ring Die Pellet Mill

We designed the diesel ring die pellet mill to solve electricity supply problems in areas with unstable supply or frequent shortages; this vertical ring die allows large-scale pellet production.

We replace the main motor with a diesel engine; the diesel engine drives the gearbox to make pellets. Since this is a large diesel engine, we add a battery and an auto-start device; turn the key to start the diesel engine, like starting a car.

The diesel ring die pellet mill uses a vertical ring die design; the ring die stays stable while the rollers run, and centrifugal force in the pelletizing chamber makes it easier to press raw material into the ring die to form pellets.

The diesel ring die pellet mill uses a gearbox to connect the diesel engine to the ring die mill, improving transmission efficiency.
