The ring die feed pellet machine produces animal, livestock, pet, and poultry feed pellets from corn, soybeans, and other ingredients; each animal type has its own formula.
The ring die feed pellet machine is an important part of the feed pellet production line because making feed pellets usually requires grinding the feedstocks to the required mesh size, mixing the powders evenly according to the formula percentage, and then sending the mixed powder into the pellet machine to make feed pellets.
The ring-diefeed pellet machine is the most popular type for making feed pellets. It uses a horizontal ring-die pellet mill structure and a stainless steel ring die and conditioner.
The conditioner ripens the feedstock before compressing it into pellets; it is usually made of stainless steel because the final pellets are animal feed.
