A shrimp feed extruder machine is a pellet machine used to make aquatic feed for shrimp, fish, and crab; the final pellets can float or sink.

The raw material of to feed to this machine need to meet the size 0.18-0.25mm that is to say 60-80 mesh, it can be a different kind of ingredients like corn, wheat, soybean, and vitamins, grinding these ingredients to 0.18-0.25mm powder and mix evenly, then feed this machine to make feed, the final feed can be 0.8-12mm diameter decided by the mold.

3. Convenient Observation.

Floating feed pellets allow farmers to observe feeding intensity and adjust feeding rates accordingly. Determining whether feeding rates are too low or too high is important for maximizing fish growth and feed-use efficiency. However, sinking pellets will fall to the bottom of the tank, and fish or shrimp cannot find them.
