A rotary drum dryer can efficiently dry sawdust to 15% moisture; the machine structure is simple, and it is easy to operate. Use a conveyor to feed sawdust into the drum tube; hot air from the furnace enters the drum tube at the same time. Inside the drum tube, hot air and sawdust mix and move from front to end; as they move forward, the hot air evaporates moisture from the sawdust.

After the pellets leave the pellet mill, the next step is cooling; use a counterflow pellet cooler to cool them. During cooling, the pellet temperature decreases, hardness increases, and storage can avoid surface cracking.

The counterflow pellet cooler cools the pellets by counterflow: cool air enters the cooling tank from the bottom, mixes with the hot pellets to reduce the temperature, and the air fan then exhausts the hot air, with the cyclone collecting dust.

The counterflow cooler has a short cooling time, and an electric panel automatically controls the pellet discharge and cooling process.

Under the pellet cooler, the pellet sieve removes small pellets and powder material to ensure the pellets sent to the packing machine are clean.

The final step is to package the pellets into bags using the pellet packing machine; we can pack them into plastic bags, woven bags, and jumbo bags.
