Introduction of biomass wood pellets line
Normally a wood pellet plant includes the wood chipping part, wood crushing part, drying part, pelleting part, pellet cooling part, and pellet packaging part. According to the raw material features, there are some differences before pelleting part.
Wood pellet plant is to make wood pellets (also called biomass fuel pellets) from wood logs, tree branches, sawdust, wood chips, wood residues, wood shavings, wasted wood, as well as other biomass material like a peanut shell, EFB, coconut shell, rice husk, bagasse, cotton stalk, straw, corn stalk, corn cob., etc.

Material of biomass wood pellets line:
Fanda pellet line is capable to process multiple kinds of biomass materials which gives you the flexibility to choose the most economic raw material based on availability and price. Below are suitable raw materials for pelletizing.
Wood Materials: Wood logs (such as pinewood, rubber tree, eucalyptus, Robinia pseudoacacia, salix), wood chips, shavings, and sawdust.
Agricultural Raw Materials: Straw (such as maize straw, wheat straw, canola straw, cotton straw…), Chaff (such as rice husk, rice bran, wheat husk…), Peanut Shell, Reed, Bagasse, Pineapple Peel, soybean stem…
Others: Palm fiber, Palm Kernel Shell (PKS), Coconut Shells, Waste Paper, Moso Bamboo, Grass (such as alfalfa, The giant king grass, elephant grass), and other biomass rubbish.
Finished pellets of the biomass wood pellets line
The size of fished wood pellets or biomass pellets has various choices: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12mm, or another customized diameter. At the same time, you can customize the flat die of the wood pellet machine with different thicknesses and compression ratios to adapt to different materials and realize the best pelleting result.
The features of biomass wood pellets line:
The main motor drive the ring die mold rotated. the press roller that was placed inside of the roller does not revolution but will rotate because of the friction of the ring dies mold and sawdust wood powder raw material.
The biomass wood sawdust powder raw material was spread evenly into the space between the ring die and roller, and was press into the mold hole, formed column shape pellet, the pellet will rotate along with the rotating ring die mold and will be cut when the length of the column pellet reaches to a certain value.
Feeder: feeding raw material into the wood pelleting chamber. the feeder is made of stainless steel.
Forced feeding unit: since the raw material is fluffy, and the bulking value is higher, we equip the force-feeding sets.
Pellet making unit: ring die mold and press roller inside work together to make the raw material into a wood pellet.
Main motor: driving the pellet-making system.
