EFB pellet mill machine is a kind of ring dies pellet mill, it is developed from ring die pellet mill, because the feeding structure is vertical type, so we call it vertical ring die pellet mill machine.

The compression ratio of the ring die is important for pelletizing, the same pellet mill same raw material if the compression ratio of the ring die is different the quality of the final pellets is different, so a suitable compression ratio for the raw material is essential. The compression ratio is decided by the effective compress length of the hole on the ring die, this length decides the raw material compress time in the hole so it decides the hardness, color, and quality of final pellets.
