800-1000kg/h laundry soap production line
Our soap production line can produce a wide range of soaps. The soap body has a dense structure, resists drying out, and maintains stable quality. It can produce low-, medium-, and high-end laundry soaps with a fatty acid content of 50%-60%. The size, weight,t and printing pattern of the laundry soap can be customized according to customer requirements.

1. Mixer: Mixing soap noodles with ingredients like Caustic soda, sodium silicate essence,ce and Pigment
Three-roller mill: Milling and refining mixed raw materials and pressing them into lamina form / schistose, to improve the fineness and evenness, thus making the finished soap bar tighter and smoother
3. Duplex vacuum plodder: extruding raw materialinto ao soap bar under vacuum conditions
4. Vacuum pump: installed on the duplex vacuum plodder, exhausting water and impurities in the extruding chamber and creating a vacuum circumstance
5. Laundry soap cutting machine: presses the logo on the soap bar and cuts the soap bar into laundry soap
6. Conveyor:
6.1 PVC belt conveyor sends mixed material fromthe mixer to the three-roller mill
6.2 PVC belt conveyor sends milled schistose from the three-roller mill to the duplex vacuum plodder
6.3 Flat belt conveyor to collect finished laundry soap;
7. Electric panel: Controls all the machines in the production line start/sop and protects the motors;
Mixer and conveyor 6.1 have an independent electrical panel, so that it is easier to control raw material feeding;
8. Packing machine: Packs finished laundry soap into bags and prints the date on the bag.

The standard voltage is 380V, 50Hz, we can customize the motor to your voltage requirements.
3. Installation area: length 25 meters, width 8 meters, height 3.5 meters.
This area includes storage for soap noodles, finished laundry soap, and the workers' operation area.
4. Labor: need 5-6 people to operate the production line.
Two people feed the soap noodles to the mixer and operate the mixer; since the mixer is batch working, people are needed to control the discharge of the mixed soap noodles;
Two people work at the packing machine to pack the soap;
One person takes care of the whole line while it is working;
One or two people move the soap noodles and store the final laundry soap.
