1000kg/h laundry soap production making line

Our soap production line is suitable for the production of various soaps. The soap body has a dense structure, is not easy to dry out and has stable quality. It can produce low, medium and high-end laundry soaps with a fatty acid content of 50%-60%. The size, weight and printing pattern of the laundry soap can be customized according to customer requirements.

1. Mixer: Mixing soap noodles with ingredients like Caustic soda, Sodium silicate, Essence and Pigment

2. Three roller mill: Milling and refining mixed raw materials and press them to lamina form / schistose, so that to improve the fineness and evenness thus to make finished soap bar more tighten and smooth

3. Duplex vacuum plodder: extruding raw material to soap bar under vacuum condition

4. Vacuum pump: installed on duplex vacuum plodder, exhausting water and impurities in extruding chamber and make it vacuum circumstance

5. Laundry soap cutting machine: press logo on soap bar and cutting the soap bar to each laundry soap

6. Conveyor:

6.1 PVC belt conveyor send mixed material from mixer to three roller mill

6.2 PVC belt conveyor send milled schistose from three roller mill to duplex vacuum plodder

6.3 Flat belt conveyor to collect finished laundry soap

7. Electric panel: Control all the machines in the production line start/sop and protect the motors

    Mixer and conveyor 6.1 have independent electric panel, so that it is easier to control raw material feeding

8. Packing machine: Pack finished laundry soap into bag and print date on the bag
