1. The mixing process uses a ribbon mixer, which is convenient for loading, and the raw materials are evenly mixed in a short time with high efficiency

2. The grinding process uses a fine grinder and a roller mill. First, the mixed raw materials are ground into particles with a fine grinder, then the particles are ground into flakes with a three-roll mill, so the finished soap has a compact texture and is less likely to crack.

Circulating water in the fine grinder interlayer cools the machine and improves stability. Circulating water in the three-roll mill roller can increase roller pressure and improve grinding performance.

3. The soap bar extrusion process uses a double-station vacuum bar extruder, which works with a vacuum pump. The two-layer spiral extruder is highly efficient and performs well. The vacuum extrusion chamber removes impurities and improves soap bar quality. The lower spiral adopts hot extrusion technology, and a heating coil is installed at the front of the bar extruder mold. The bar press adopts water cooling technology, and water circulates in the extrusion spiral interlayer to cool the machine and improve the machine's stability

The soap-punching machine mold determines the finished soap's shape, size, and logo. We can design and produce molds to match the buyer's requirements for soap shape, size, and logo. We make soap molds from copper.

We have two soap punching machines, XD120 and XD150. For 100-300kg/h and 300-500kg/h soap production lines, we use the XD120 soap punching machine, which produces one soap piece at a time and punches about 70 times per minute. For 500-1000kg/h and 1000-1500kg/h soap production lines, we use the XD150 soap punching machine, which produces 3 soap pieces each time and punches about 70 times per minute. Therefore, soap production output depends on soap size.

5. The soap punching machine adopts cooling technology, using a chiller to cool the coolant to -18 degrees Celsius and circulates the cold coolant into the mold, making the soap easy to unmould and better in appearance
