The FANDA brand laundry soap-making machine is a complete laundry soap finishing line that makes laundry soap from soap noodles. The production line includes mixing, milling, soap bar extruding, cutting, and the necessary conveyors and electrical control.

At the start of the mixing process, workers put soap noodles, caustic soda, and other ingredients into the mixer and mix them uniformly. Then the conveyor sends the mixed materials to a three-roller mill. The three-roller mill mills them to a schistose. Next, the conveyor sends the milled material to a vacuum plodder. The plodder extrudes material into bars; after cutting, the conveyor belt moves the product along the production line.

Advantages of the Laundry Soap Making Machine

1. The mixing process applies a ribbon mixer, which makes it easy to load raw materials and mix them uniformly in a short time with high performance;

2. The milling process adopts a three-roller mill, circulating water inside the rollers to improve the pressure on the rollers, thus improving the milling effect;

3. The soap bar extruding process uses a duplex vacuum plodder, which works with a vacuum pump. The two-layer auger extrudes raw materials efficiently; the vacuum extrusion chamber removes impurities and improves the soap bar. Hot-extrusion technology is applied to the lower auger, with a heating coil installed in front of the plodder mold. The plodder machine applies water cooling technology, circulating water inside the interlayer of the extruding augers to cool down the machine and improve machine stability ;

4. The cutting process can press a logo on the soap bar and cut the soap bar into laundry soaps automatically.

The plodder mold determines the shape, width, and height of the finished laundry soap; the cutting machine mold determines the length and logo on the finished laundry soaps. We can design and produce molds according to the buyer's requirements for soap shape, size, and logo
