The FANDA toilet soap making machine is complete toilet soap finishing line which can make toilet soaps, bathing soaps, hotel soaps from soap noodles as raw material. The production line consists mixing, milling, soap bar exteuding, cutting and necessary conveyors, electric controlling.

From the mixing process at beginning, worker put soap noodles, caustic soda and other ingrediets into the mixer to mixing these raw materials together uniformly, then conveyor send the mixed materials to refiner mill and three roller mill, use the refiner mill extruding the mixed raw materials to granule and use the three roller mill to milling them to schistose, after that conveyor send the milled raw material to vacuum plodder, use the plodder machine extruding soap raw materials to soap bar, finally use the toilet soap stamping machine press logo on the soap bar and make toilet soaps, there is conveyor after toilet soap stamping machine for workers to collect the finished toilet soaps. There is electric panel to control all the machines in the poduction line.

1. Mixing process applied ribbon mixer, which is easy loading raw materials and mixing raw materials uniformly in short time with high performance

2. Milling process adopt refiner mill and three roller mill, use refiner mill extruding the mixed raw materials to granule then use three roller mill milling the granule to schistose, thus to make the finished toilet soaps tight and not easy crack.

Circulate water inside interlayer of refiner mill to cooling the machine and improve machine stability, circulate water in the rollers of three roller mill so that to improve the pressure for the rollers thus to improve milling effect

3. Soap bar extruding process use duplex vacuum plodder, which work with vacuum mpum. Two layers auger extruding the raw materials with high efficiency and proformance. Vacuum extruding chamber which can remove the impurities and improve quality of soap bar. Applied hot extruding technology for lower auger, there is heating coil equipped in front of plodder mold. Plodder machine applied water cooling technology, circulate water inside the interlayer of extruding augers so that to cooling down the machine and improve machine stability 

4. Stamping process can press logo on the soap bar and make toilet soaps automatically.

The toilet soap stamping machine mold decide shape, size and logo on the finished toilet soaps, we can design and produce mold according to buyer requirement on soap shape, size and logo.The mold for toilet soap is made of copper.

We have XD120 and XD150 two kinds toilet soap stamping machine, for 100-200kg/h and 300-500kg/h toilet soap production lines we use XD120 toilet soap stamping machine, each time can make one piece toilet soap, each minute can stamping about 70 times, for 500-1000kg/h and 1000-2000kg/h toilet soap line we use XD150 toilet soap stamping machine each time can make 3 toilet soaps which can stamping about 70 times per minute. 5. The toilet soap stamping machine applied cooling technology, use chiller cooling coolant to -18 Celsius and circulate the cold coolant to the mold, so that the toilet soap is easy off mold and have better appearance
