Raw material for Sawdust Making Machine
All kinds of wood, timber scraps, tree branches, wood chips, edge material, tree bark, bamboo, and so on can be crushed into sawdust. The final sawdust can be 3mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 2or 20 mm
A sawdust-making machine consists of a base frame, motor, disc rotor, blades, hammers, screen, feeding chute, and discharge chute. The motor drives the disc rotor directly through the V-belt. The rotor has cutting blades and fan blades. When wood is fed from the feeding chute, it contacts the rotating disc rotor, and the cutting blades cut it into pieces. The wood pieces go inside the crushing chamber. The high-speed rotating hammers beat the wood pieces repeatedly. If the wood pieces are smaller than the screen holes, they pass through and are discharged from the discharge chute. The screen hole size determines the size of sawdust the wood crusher produces. The feeding chute size determines the maximum wood diameter that can feed into the wood crusher.
