Wood Chips Hammer Mill

The wood chips hammer mill grinds wood chips, small wood blocks, and waste wood into sawdust; it is widely used in wood pellet plants, briquette production lines, wood powder production, paper making, and furniture factories.

The machine consists of a feeding chute, rotor, hammers, sieve, blower, cyclone, airlock, and transmission system. The machine's transmission system includes the motor, V-belt, and belt pulley. Under the motor transmission, the rotor rotates at 2500-3000 rpm. When wood chips feed into the grinding chamber, the rotor hammers beat them into sawdust. The sawdust exits through the sieve; the sieve size determines the output particle size.

The hammer size is adjustable, and the electrical control panel protects the motor from overload.

The wood chips hammer mill includes a blower, cyclone, airlock, and bag-type de-duster. These parts make up the hammer mill's de-dust system. During wood chips hammer mill operation, the cyclone collects sawdust; all dust goes to the bag-type de-duster, reducing ash fly during grinding.

The hammer mill feeding chute can be equipped with a belt conveyor to feed wood chips, reducing workers' workload.
