Wood chips hammer mill is designed to grind wood chips, small wood blocks, and wasted wood into sawdust, it is widely used in wood pellet plants, briquette production lines, wood powder making, paper making, and furniture factories.

The machine is made up of a feeding chute, rotor, hammers, sieve, blower, cyclone, airlock, and transmission system. The transmission system of this machine is the motor, V-belt, and belt pulley. Under transmission of the motor, the rotor rotates with a speed of 2500-3000rpm, when wood chips feed into the grinding chamber the hammers on the rotor will beat the wood chips until the wood chips to sawdust, and the sawdust goes out from the hole of the sieve, so the size of the hole on the sieve decides the final sawdust size.

The wood chips hammer mill is quite easy to install and operate, the whole unit is controlled by an electric panel that can protect the motor from overload.
