Fish Feed Production Line
Because most people make fish or shrimp feed directly from raw materials, and the raw materials are too large to feed into an extruder and cannot be mixed evenly by hand, we designed this fish feed production line.
This production line includes a hammer mill to grind the materials to 60-80 mesh powder, a mixer to mix different raw materials evenly, an extruder machine to press fish feed, a pellet dryer to dry the pellets(fromthe extruder, the moisture of pellets is 20-25%; after the dryer, the moisture is lower than 10%), a cooler machine to cool down the pellets(after cooling, the temperature of pellets is like room temperatur,e thuthey s can be packed into bags directly), a spraying machine to spray baits or vitamins onto the feed pellets, and packing machine to pack the pellets into bags.
We have 100-150kg/h, 200kg/h, 200-300kg/h, 300-400kg/h, 500-600kg/h, 700-800kg/h, 1-1.2t/h, and 1.8-2t/h fish feed production lines for your choice.
Our fish feed pellet production line can make 1- 12 mm feed pellets; each mold produces one size, and we include three molds free of charge. By changing the moldlets, you can make different pellet sizes.
The fish feed pellet line can make both floating and sinking fish feed, but the formula differs.
The production line can also make shrimp feed and crab feed.
