Fish Feed Production Line
Since most people make fish feed or shrimp feed from raw materials directly, the raw material size is too big to feed into extruder machine directly, and the different kinds of ingredients can not be mixed evenly by hand, so we designed the fish feed production line.
This production line includes a hammer mill to grind the materials to 60-80 mesh powder, a mixer to mix different raw materials together evenly, an extruder machine to press fish feed, pellet dryer to dry the pellets(fromthe extruder the moisture of pellets is 20-25%, after dryer the moisture is lower than 10%), cooler machine to cooling down the pellets(after cooling the temperature of pellets is like room temperature thus can pack into bags directly), spraying machine to spray baits or vitamins to the feed pellets and packing machine to pack the pellets into bags.
We have 100-150kg/h, 200kg/h, 200-300kg/h, 300-400kg/h, 500-600kg/h, 700-800kg/h, 1-1.2t/h, 1.8-2t/h fish feed production line for your choice.
Our fish feed pellets production line can make 1-12mm size feed pellets, each mold can produce one kind of size, together with the machine we send three molds for free. Changing the mold can make different-sized pellets.
From the fish feed pellets line can make both floating fish feed and sinking fish feed, but the formula is different.
The production line can also make shrimp feed and crab feed.
