How to replace the screen of the wood sawdust machine?

The main body of the wood shredder is mainly composed of the frame, the rotor disc, the hammer, the screen, the feeding support plate, and other components, and the wood shredder screen has the function of screening and filtering the material during the whole work process, and at the same time guarantees the crushing of the hammer flakes. The replacement of the wood shredder screen is actually very simple, it only takes 3 to 5 minutes to complete:

Several common faults of sawdust crusher and their solutions:

1. The motor heats up, the fuse is blown, and the motor smokes.

This happens for two reasons:

b. The screen mesh is blocked and the crushed materials cannot be discharged. This is to stop the power off decisively, open the casing and clean the screen before continuing to work.

2. The grinder will vibrate when processing materials. If there is only some very slight vibration, this situation is normal. If the vibration is severe, it will cause the equipment to lose balance, which is mostly caused by uneven wear of the hammer, which makes the rotor lose balance. Only need to replace the hammer in time or add a counterweight, but if it is not the problem of the hammer, it may be that the screws are loose. Check the fixing bolts of the machine base and tighten the nuts.

3. The output is reduced. The occurrence of this situation is basically a problem of the material and the machine itself.
