Introduction:

FS series wood sawdust-making machine is also called a wood crusher machine, it is designed to make sawdust from wood logs, tree branches, wood residues, wasted wood, bamboo., etc wood material. The sawdust produced from this machine can be used to make wood pellets, paper, briquettes charcoal, and plywood or used for edible mushroom planting. The diameter of the holes on the screen decides the size of the sawdust. We can make sieve to make sawdust 2-3mm, 5-6mm, 6-8mm, 8-10mm, 10-12mm, 14-16mm, and 18-20mm size or make the sieve to produce sawdust as buyer requirement on finished sawdust size. This wood crusher is made of a machine base, motor, v-belt, belt pulley, machine cover, feeding chute, main shaft, bearings, cutting disc, cutting blades, hammers, and sawdust outlet chute.

The motor and main shaft of the wood crusher are connected together by the belt pulley and v-belt, when starting the motor, the v-belt transmits the main shaft to rotate, at this time the hammers, cutting blades, and cutting disc rotate together with the main shaft, because the hammers and cutting disc are installed on the main shaft directly, while the cutting blades are installed on the cutting disc.
