How to operate a diesel engine sawdust-making machine :
1. The diesel engine wood crusher should be fixed on the ground and can be fixed with cement.

3. The grinder and the motor should be installed on the base made of angle steel.
4. When the wood flour machine starts to operate, pay attention to whether there is any debris on the wood shredder. When testing the wood shredder, check whether it is upside down. Put in less material to see whether the finished product meets the standard. The customer buys the wood shredder. After returning home, when installing the test machine, wait for the first piece of wood to enter the feed inlet before placing the second piece to avoid jamming.
5. The wood shredder should be fed evenly. If you hear noise, the bearing or body is too hot, or material sprays out, shut it down immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
6. Before turning on and shutting down the wood shredder, check the circuit to avoid leakage. Wood pieces must be moderate in length, ideally less than 30 cm, and not too thick. Keep the area around the outlet and inlet as wide as possible to avoid accidents.
7. After the wood shredder has been in operation for 300 hours, the bearings must be cleaned and the oil replaced; when installing the oil, it is better to fill the gap of the bearing seat to 1/3 of the gap, and no more than 1/2 at most. If you plan to store it for a long time, remove the transmission belt.
8. The wood shredder should stop feeding before shutting down and then cut off the power supply to shut down after the material in the standby is removed. Carry out cleaning and maintenance after shutdown.
9. The staff should carefully check the materials before the wood shredder operates to prevent hard objects such as metal and stones from entering the shredder room and causing accidents.
10. Don't change the pulley of the wood shredder frequently to prevent the speed from being too high or too low.
