Rotor and its driving of double shaft mixer

The rotor comprises the paddle, shaft, and knighthead. A motor drives the rotor through a reducer and chain drive to a set operating speed; paddles installed on the double shafts at a specific angle can spill material throughout the container. Materials become weightless and spread out instantly, forming a flow layer and mixing; the paddles also propel the material along the radial forms at the same time, creating a combined wave cycle.

Machine body

The machine body is W-type. Both ends of the machine body have return ducts; the return ducts connect the machine body to feed and discharge material. Air discharged by the material can circulate in this space and will not overflow outside the machine.

Discharging door and seal device

The discharging door consists of a door body, bracket arm, and adjusting nut. It has seal parts around the discharging door; when the discharging door is shut tight, a rubber-sealed strip closes to the seal parts on the side of the door to avoid material leakage. You can replace the sealed strip if it is damaged or aged. If necessary, adjust the adjusting nut location to change the distance between the bracket arm and the door body, so the discharging door stays level with the machine shell bottom circular surface and seals properly.

Discharging control system

The discharging control system is composed of a cylinder, connecting rod, universal driving shaft, and travel switch. The discharging door is installed on the universal driving shaft; the universal driving shaft connects to the assistant-driven rocker of the connecting rod, and the cylinder head hinges on the driven rocker. When the cylinder reciprocates, the universal driving shaft rotates through the connecting rod, opening or closing the discharging door.

Liquid adding pipe

A liquid-adding pipe is installed on top of the machine body; it consists of a pipe and nozzle, and the nozzle sprays the liquid sector. Several nozzles are distributed evenly on the machine shell. The inlet pipe has a flange and connects to the oil supply system.
