Double Inlet Wood Crusher

Double Inlet Wood Crusher is mainly used to grind wood, straw, and other wood waste. The double-inlet wood crushing machine consists of an electric motor, coupling, bearing, cutter blade, blades, rotor, hinge pin, hammers, and a 6mm pore-size sieve. It has two feeding chutes for raw materials. The large feeding chute can feed small woodcuts and lumber, coconut shells, straw, grass, and small tree branches. The wood goes directly to the hammers, which beat it into sawdust. The other feeding chute can accept wood logs, wood waste, lumber, woodcuts, and long lumber. The wood first goes to the cutter blades, which cut it into chips; then it goes to the hammer. The hammers beat the chips to crush them into the desired size. When the wood is crushed to sawdust size, it is discharged through the sieve hole. The complete set includes the hammer mill main body, motor, blower, cyclone, airlock to collect sawdust, and de-duster to reduce dust in the factory.

The double-inlet wood crusher is an ideal machine for processing waste wood from a furniture factory; it is also widely used to process raw materials into wood pellets, paper, and fiberboard.
