Working principle of the chaff cutter machine
The machine has two inlets: materials such as corn stalks and reeds enter the silage port, where the silage is cut first; then the materials enter the crushing cavity from the crushing port for secondary crushing. Once the material meets the requirements and passes through the sieve holes, an induced-draft fan draws it out to complete the silage crushing. In contrast, small materials (such as peanut shells, corn cobs, bean straws, etc.) enter the crushing cavity directly from the crushing port and are then crushed. The induced draft fan pulls the material out as it is pulverized.
