This is a vertical-type ring die wood pellet mill that can make biomass fuel pellets from wood materials such as wood logs, tree branches, wood residues, wastewater, wood chips, sawdust, and other biomass materials like EFB, bagasse, straw, agricultural stalks, rice husk, coconut shell, and corn cob. etc

The vertical-type ring die wood pellet mill is a ring die wood pelletizer because the machine structure is vertically designed.

Raw material enters from the top of the pellet mill and falls by gravity directly into the pelleting chamber. Inside the pelleting chamber, the roller rotates together with the main shaft. At the same time, the ring die is stationary. The rotating roller and centrifugal force push the raw material into the ring die holes. Under pressure from the running roller, the raw material is compressed into pellets.
