The combined pellet mill is a design combine unit of hammer mill and pellet mill, which is a simple and small pellet line for home usage to make biomass fuel pellets. The requirement on feeding raw material initial moisture is 12-15%. It is a good solution to make biomass pellets for the fireplace, boiler, or heating furnace, the simple combination makes the machine very easy to install, operate, maintenance and the cost is low to invest. What's more, in the whole pellet making process, the combined parts of pellet mill and hammer mill can have exactly good performance. It is a smooth working flowchart: after material crushed by the hammer mill, they will drop automatically into the pelletizing chamber from the cyclone, in the pelletizing chamber, the crushed material will be made into pellets.

Combined Pellet Mill Features

1. Electric panel controls the whole system start and stop, have overload protect device to protect motor in case of overload.

2. We supply three units of combined pellet mill, the capacity is respectively: 100-150kg/h, 200-250kg/h, 250-350kg/h for biofuel pellets.

3. The combined wood pellet mill required small land space, as the dimensions of the three units are respectively: 1600x1450x1800mm, 1750x1600x1900mm, 1800x1650x1900mm.

4. One motor to drive both the hammer mill and pellet mill, thus the electricity consumption is lower compared with a separated hammer mill and pellet mill

6. By change the flat die in the pellet mill, you can make pellets with different diameter

8. Suitable for process soft biomass materials like groundnut shells, sugarcane biogases, nutshells, crop stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, tobacco waste, mustard stalk, palm husk, soybeans husk, and many other agricultural wastes.

8. The material moisture should be about 12 % - 15%, if the moisture is higher than 15% you should dry them in the sun before feeding them into the hammer mill.
