Industrial Ring Die Pellet Press
Pelleting is a process to press finely ground biomass material into firm pellets of a required shape and size by extruding it through a metallic ring die. The raw material is fed into the ring die pellet press through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder auger. Finely ground biomass material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die.
Our MZLH508 ring dies pellet press adopts a force feeder to increase the feeding speed which makes capacity increase. Use imported bearings (NSK or SKF) & seals to get better transmission performance, stable operation, and reduce noise. An auto lubrication system ensures proper lubrication to all the bearings.
