Industrial Ring Die Pellet Press
Pelleting is the process of pressing finely ground biomass material into firm pellets of a required shape and size by extruding it through a metallic ring die. A conveyor feeds the raw material into the ring die pellet press, where a feeder auger conveys it into the rotating ring die. The press forces the finely ground biomass through two rotating rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the die holes.
Our MZLH508 ring die pellet press uses a force feeder to increase feeding speed and boost capacity. We use imported bearings (NSK or SKF) & seals to improve transmission performance, ensure stable operation, and reduce noise. An auto-lubrication system ensures proper lubrication for all bearings.
