Working principle:

Sawdust Moving Disc Pelletizer-Half-pack motor type adopts the design of flat die moving plate, which is powered by the motor. The operation process is simple and easy to control. The machine drives the main shaft through gears to rub the die plate and the pressure roller, and the resulting friction temperature (between the pressure roller and the die plate) can reach as much as 80°C. The raw material passes through the high temperature, under the extrusion of the pressing roller and the die plate, and passes through the holes on the die plate, and the high-quality molding particles will roll out from the discharge port. The length of the particles can be controlled by the cutter.
