A biomass pellet press machine is a type of ring-die pellet press used to make biofuel pellets from wood timber, tree branches, sawdust, wood chips, waste wood, wood shavings, rice husk, EFB, sugarcane bagasse, coffee husk, coconut shell, sunflower husk, peanut shell, straw, agricultural stalks, corn cobs, etc biomass materials. Under rotation and pressure, the rollers press the raw material into the ring die holes to form pellets. The cutter size matches the ring dies to cut the pellets; thus, the cutter length is adjustable. The biomass pellet press machine uses a gearbox-type transmission system with a large gear and a small gear to reduce the hollow shaft's rotational speed. With this design, we use an 8-pole main motor to improve the stability of the biomass pellet machine; after speed reduction, the ring die rotates at 150 rpm, thereby improving pellet machine performance.

With greasing holes on the back side of the main shaft, workers can inject high-temperature lithium complex grease into the main shaft bearings and the roller bearings from the back side.
