The roller bearing adopts an independent automatic oil filling system by grease pump, regularly injection, good stability and long service life.

The gearbox is processed by the German gear grinder Niles, using a hard tooth surface helical gear to reduce speed, the tooth surface is widened by 20 mm, the module is increased, the degree of the gearbox is large, the load capacity is improved, the operation
is more stable and the noise through the 5-level transmission is less than 75 dB, its life is 3.5 times higher than conventional.

The lubricating oil of the gearbox adopts an independent water cooling system, can lower oil temperature, and increase the service life of internal bearings.
