A wood pellet packing machine is a quantitative packing machine that packs wood pellets and animal feed pellets into plastic or woven bags and seals them.

A wood pellet packing machine includes a material tank, weighing hopper, sensor, bag clamping system, heat sealer, sewing machine, sealing conveyor, and electric control panel. The electric control panel controls the weighing hopper and sensor to weigh the pellets to the set weight. After the clamp device clamps the bag, the hopper discharges pellets into the bag, and the sealer then seals it.

The electric control panel sets the weight for each bag, and the weighing hopper and sensor weigh wood pellets to the set value with less than 0.2% F.S. tolerance.

The entire weighing process is automatic; you only need to manually place the bag into the bag-clamping system.
