Wood Pellet Packing Machine

A wood pellet packing machine is a quantitive packing machine, it is designed to pack the wood pellets and animal feed pellets into plastic bags or woven bags and seal the bags.

Wood pellet packing machine includes material tank, weighing hopper, sensor, bag clamping system, heat sealer, sewing machine, sealing conveyor, and electric control panel. Material is fed into the tank, and the weighing hopper and sensor will work under the control of an electric panel to weigh the pellets according to the weight set in the panel, after the bag is clamped to the clamp device the hopper discharges pellets to the bags, then use a sealer to sealing the bags.

The electric control panel can set the weight want to pack in each bag, and the weighing hopper and sensor can weigh wood pellets to the set value with less than 0.2%F.S tolerance.

The whole weighing process is automatic, only manually put the bag into the bag clamping system

Our wood pellet packing machine has both a heat sealer and a sewing machine, the height sealer can seal plastic bags, sewing machine is a stitching sealer to seal woven bags and nylon bags

• Our wood pellet packing machine is equipped with a sealing conveyor, after bags full filled, they falls down to the sealing conveyor, and on the sealing conveyor the sealing work

• Wood pellet packing machine equipped with a pneumatic bag clamping system, after putting the bag to the filling chute just push the handle the clamping system can clamp the bag and hold the bag. The bag clamping system is controlled by an air cylinder and uses compressed air.

• This wood pellet packing machine is easy to operate, has high weighing accuracy, simple maintenance, and is labor-saving.

• Large weighing range, we have two models, DCS50A and DCS100A

DCS50A model can pack bags from 5kg to 25kg per bag

DCS100A model can pack bags from 10kg to 100kg per bag

• With high packing speed, each other can pack around 300 bags, the packing speed is decided by the weight of each bag.

• Multi-function: except pack wood pellets, this packing machine also can be used to pack feed pellets, pet pellets, rice, grain, soybean, peanut, sunflower, and other seeds or granular material.
